YOUTHS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAMME

FOR 12 WEEKS

Keeping our youths age 8-11 and 12-15 active, fit and healthy.

We offer programme for youths age 8-15.  We have sessions suitable for all ages and abilities. Just like our conditioning sessions, our youths programme are individualised to meet the athlete where they are now.

Our expert coaches use a fun combination of boxing, rowing, biking, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling and lifting to get our youths to love exercise and move well.

Why our youths programme?

It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can’t.

The best thing we can do is make them strong. Through our youth fitness programme, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.

For our sport specific athletes, we are able to train them to be stronger, faster, more agile and injury resistant. We build a foundation of quality movement that improves their game and keeps them doing what they love.

We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of boxing, rowing, biking, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling and lifting, we get our youths to LOVE exercise.

Our sessions help youths develop an exercise routine that they can stick to for a lifetime.

Teamwork & leadership

Group sessions teach teamwork. Fitness games teach youths how to lead others through inspiration and encouragement.

Our youths develop self-accountability and confidence, which makes them less likely to suffer from anxiety and depression.
