The Ladies 12 Weeks Programme is £480 £360 – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras.
No – we’ll make sure you’re working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
We have sessions available Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:15pm (evenings).
