WHEN ARE THE
SESSIONS?

We have sessions available every Thursday at 1:15pm.

DO I NEED TO BE
FIT?

No – we’ll make sure you’re working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.

WHEN CAN I START AND HOW MUCH IS MEMBERSHIP??

Once you’ve visited our private gym to attend an intro session and completed payment, you can start right away.

We have several membership options to choose from or tailored to you, ranging from £80 to £160 per month.

WHAT IS THE INTRO SESSION AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Every member starts with a 1:1 introduction and a Body Assessment. This way, we can get a good idea of your challenges and goals, allowing us to tailor your SHAPE CLUB experience, so you can get the most out of your sessions.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I
TRAIN?

When you sign up, you get 8 SGPT sessions. We will, of course help to structure your training during the INTRO session, because the goal isn’t to cram as many sessions in as possible, but to get fitter, healthier and stronger! Our sessions lasts for 45 minutes and easy book onto on the APP.
